REMINDERS:
January 4—Statistical Training - Mt. Laurel UMC 10-11AM, Crenshaw 2-3PM   

January 11—Call to Action Meeting, Crewe UMC, 9:30 AM led by Rev. Larry Davies

January 12—All Pastor and PPR Preference forms are due into the District Office

January 15—Pastor, Church and Community Profiles are open for data
entry— the deadline for all profile entries is January 15.

January 15—Statistical Table I will be open for data entry on January 1, 2012 and the deadline date for completion is January 15. Once completed some of these statistics are transferred into a workbook to be used by the cabinet when in session.

January 31—Statistical Tables II & III are due to be complete. These
statistics should cover the whole year of 2011 and therefore should not be entered until 2012. Some of these figures are used to set your apportionments for the next year so please be careful when entering data.

 March 1—Remember that each church will submit their State of the Church goals no later than March 1, 2012 to the District Office. You can find the form at www.vaumc.org, Administrative Services, Forms and Policies, Charge Conference Forms, Form 3. State of the Church Report.
A website (umvitalcongregations.org) is established to show the results of your congregation for the past three years and will continue to measure your progress.

All charge conference missing forms are due NOW!!! Please see that they are completed and returned to the office immediately. Thanks to all who have completed and returned their forms.
